OODLES of Homes.com is my portal site for locating your dream home. The site gives you several options for searching for homes - from "just browsing" to "serious Home Buyer". My main concern however is that you, the Buyer, have competent, professional representation throughout the entire home buying process. Therefore, you are strongly urged to contact me to secure your representation BEFORE you actually start looking at homes. If you look at homes with a traditional agent (the agent who has the home listed for sale for example) what you are essentially doing is letting the Seller choose an "agent" for you - and the agent they're choosing is THEIR agent. You must secure your Exclusive Buyer Representation before you actually go out and look at homes.
